Which devices support incoming call pop up?
The feature of Incoming Call Pop-up is available currently on Android Smartphones only.
What happens if the number is not added in the CRM?
If the contact number is not added into the CRM, then GoDial will show it as an unknown number, you can then add it in to the CRM.
In which List in GoDial will the number get added if its an Unknown number?
In case of an unknown number, the contacts will be added in a list that is currently being used by the user in GoDial
Are there any additional charges for Incoming Call Pop-up?
No additional charges are there for the feature of incoming Call Pop-Up, it is included in GoDial Subscription plans
