A guide to setting up call scripts, so that your agents say the right words always.
With the help of GoDial you can make sure, your agents speak the exact words you want them to. You can define a script for each calling list added in GoDial. And the agents can quickly preview the script and follow along during the call.
To prepare a call script log in to the web-dashboard and follow these steps.
Step 1 – Click on the CRM tab, select a list and then on the Call script icon.
Step 2 – Type the script for your agents. You can use any dynamic variables from the dropdown and they will be automatically replaced, for example the name of the customer.
Step 3 – Click Save.
Your agent simply has to open the GoDial enterprise application and tap on the script icon to know the words he has to speak.
